About Bottom End
The tinplate normal can lid is composed of a cover hook groove and a plurality of expansion rings. The main function of the expansion ring is to increase the strength of the bottom cover so that it has sufficient elasticity to ensure the sealing of the can body. After the contents of the container are sealed and the container is sterilized and heated, the pressure in the tinplate can is increased. At this time, the bottom cover is expanded. After the sterilization is completed, the can body is cooled and the bottom cover must be restored. In this way,the bottom cover of the tin can has an expansion ring, which can properly change the normal deformation of the can body during expansion and recovery, which does not cause permanent changes and prevents the twisted deformation of the can curling portion from affecting the appearance. The cover hook groove is mainly a storage of compound.
